Disputes:

1.	If a dispute arises during Tournament play, the match must be stopped and the Tournament Director contacted immediately. Decisions made by the Tournament Director are final.
2.	Stop the match immediately if a dispute arises during League or Head-To-Head play. Contact the Tournament Director via internal GammonSite mail. The game will be reviewed by the Tournament Director. At the Director's discretion, the game may be restored to the last correct position.

Closing Accounts:

You may close your Gammon Ventures account at any time by contacting Gammon Ventures.
Any balance can be refunded through PayPal or a check.

NOTE: All funds are held for a period of 6 months after your GammonSite account expires. If the funds are not requested to be refunded within that time period, all remaining monies will be placed into an escrow account, and given out to GV players in special events.
