GammonSite - Online Backgammon Community
1.

 All games are played by Members and Trial Members at GammonSite. Download the client software at www.gammonsite.com or click on the
logo below to visit GammonSite now.

2. Gammon Ventures is a U.S. company. All transactions are based upon U.S.
currency. The player is responsible for any fees incurred in currency exchange.
3. Payment must be received in advance of all tournaments. All entries are subject
to the approval of Gammon Ventures. Reasons for exclusion need not be stated.
4. Players must be registered with Gammon Ventures before entering any events.
5. Entry fees will be deducted before the start of the first round.
6. Tournaments will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All players must be on
time and registered to play in advance.
7. Since it is imperative that all players complete all of their assigned matches in
league play, both the entry fee AND a 50% deposit of the entry fee will be placed
into an account for each league scheduled. As soon as all of a player’s assigned
matches are completed, the deposit will be returned to your Gammon Ventures
account.
8. At the league deadline, both opponents will be forfeited in any unfinished matches.
9. SB is NOT taken into consideration in Gammon Ventures games. The prize will be 
split between the winners.
10. League play details are found in the Tournament/League section at GammonSite.
Please note the registration deadline and league completion deadline.

11. No valid match can be played in "Privacy" mode.
12. Spectators are welcome to watch all games. To keep play progressing in a timely fashion,
all spectators must remain silent. Spectators have no right to comment or criticize any
moves.

After 180 days, all inactive accounts will be closed.  If the funds are not requested to be refunded within that time period, all remaining monies will be placed in an escrow account, and given out to GV players in special events.
